Job Description:

• This position is responsible for greeting and handling check-in and out for all arrival and departure guests, promoting in-house facilities and handling enquiries for guests

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management
• 1-2 years of working experience in hotel industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented and able to cope with pressure
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Familiar with PMS
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Front Desk Clerk
