JOB SUMMARY 職務概述
Interact with prospective owners over the telephone and email and effectively uses sales techniques to convert them into purchasers. Develop relationships with prospective owners by following up on referrals and leads. Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each prospective owner. Maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued satisfaction with the organization and to develop future business opportunities (i.e., referrals, additional sales).

CANDIDATE PROFILE 任職資格
- Minimum of 1 year or more call center working experience in tele-sales
- Excellent written and oral communicative, verbal and non-verbal listening skills
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Presents a professional and knowledgeable image
- Ability to represent MVCI in a courteous, enthusiastic and diligent manner
- Proven experience using persuasive techniques
- Experience in direct marketing or promotional sales will be advantageous
- Basic computer knowledge to navigate company systems
- 至少 1 年或以上電話銷售話務中心工作經驗
- 出色的書寫和溝通能力以及聆聽技巧
- 精通廣東話、英語和普通話
- 態度積極、熱情
- 展現出專業且知識豐富的形象
- 能夠以禮貌、熱情和勤奮的態度展現 MVCI 精神
- 擁有豐富的說服技巧
- 具有直接行銷或促銷經驗者優先
- 基本電腦運用
