We are now seeking a Sommelier to join our New Japanese Concept, opening next month in Hong Kong!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recommend food and beverage pairings to ensure and enhance guest satisfaction
• Assist on training fellow team members on wines, spirits and cocktails
• Ensuing all company standards are met during service

REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive attitude with teamwork mindset
• Sense of responsibility for your role
• Ideally you will have minimum 2 years' or more Sommelier experience
• Extensive knowledge of different wines and regions
• Junior applicants may be considered for Assistant Sommelier positions
• WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Level 3 or above
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
