Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure and provide professional guest arrival experience
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests, chefs and restaurant managers on food & beverage arrangements
• Obtain guest dining, seating or any other preferences to provide personalized service, and establish long term relationships with customers
• Capture sales from in-coming enquires and coordinate details of each reservation and event
• Analyze customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve guest experience

Requirements:

• At least 4 years solid customer relation / reservation / reception work experience in the F&B or hospitality industry
• Service oriented, creative, energetic and well groomed
• Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred

** Candidate with less experience will be considered as Guest Relation Officer**
