Selected candidate will be assigned to in- house IT Support for below duties:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for
  • Wired and Wireless Data Network
  • Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing Equipment
  • Network Firewall and Intrusion Prevention System
  • Forward and Reverse Proxy
  • Network Load Balancer, SSL/VPN Gateway
  • Advanced Persistent Threat Protection System
  • Data Loss Prevention System
  • Two-factor Authentication System
• Perform system installation & configuration, system patching, system testing and commissioning
• Prepare and maintain documentation in related to supported systems, projects, inventory and regulatory requirements
• Perform troubleshooting 
• Safeguard infrastructure systems against cyber-security and ensure configuration and setup comply with company policies and standards
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal users and external vendors in support of company initiatives
• Evaluate new technologies and products and perform presentation as when required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• 2-8 years relevant support and implementation experience in large-scale IT infrastructure or enterprise class companies
• Experience in one of the following disciplines or products:
  • Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, and Aironet networking products
  • Check Point and Palo Alto firewall products
  • F5 BIG-IP
  • Imperva SecureSphere
  • FireEye and Check Point Advanced Persistent Threat Protection Product
  • SolarWinds NPM, NTA, NCM, VNQM, IPAM

Candidate with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of IT Support
