Information Technology Services Office

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the ITS Office including network infrastructure and support, system administration and web development, and academic software development;
• Establish the long-term direction, strategy and information goals of the College;
•  Direct and supervise the team to support various projects’ execution;
•  Coordinate effectively with both internal and external parties; and
•  Provide any other duties as assigned by the Vice President (Administration)

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines;
• At least 10 years’ of (1) managerial experience in leading an IT team, preferably in educational institutions; (2) relevant work experience, preferably in the implementation of network infrastructure and support, system administration and web development, and academic software development;
• Self-motivated and adaptive to change;
• Able to lead, manage, develop and motivate staff; and
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
