The Job:  

• Play a key business analyst role in modernization and development of business support systems that support evolving business requirements of the company’s media business
• Understand user requirements from business counterparts and formulate / analyze solutions put forward by technical teams or vendors
• Work with various stakeholders to design and agree on the operational flow, while ensuring developed systems can be supported effectively
• Manage the implementation of ordering, subscription, billing and payment system to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
• Conduct end user training and provide support to users
• Collaborate with users to set up / configure system / data so as to support marketing policies / offers
• Provide production support to ensure subscription and billing accuracy; handle production faults reported by users or customers 

The Person: 

• Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Statistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year experience preferably in a business analyst or IT related role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with more experience will be considered for Business Analyst
• Working experience in consumer subscription and online systems is a plus
• Attention to details, strong analytical skill with numerical sense, ability to deal with large quantities of data with high accuracy within a tight timeline
• Knowledge of New Media / TV business, Internet, Telecommunication and Mobile technologies is a plus
• Knowledge of UX and web technologies such as HTML5 / CSS / Javascript / REST
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Independent, self-initiated and self-motivated
• Hands-on experience with Excel, Access, database management software and statistical tools
• Good written and oral communications in English / Chinese
