RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Lead a team of inhouse and external developers to deliver high quality systems according to time schedule
• To analyse business processes and requirements, and drive the system design, development, system integration, testing and deployment of applications
• To prepare technical specifications on the solution design
• To present technical architectures and solutions, identify risks and issues, and report the development progress to senior management
• Identify and define re-usable design patterns that address common requirements and are robust, flexible, and extensible
• Maintain the pace of agile development, by defining epics, user stories and sprints for rapid releases
• Advise and execute technical strategies, best practices and methodologies across the development life-cycle, including development, continuous integration / continuous delivery, build, test and deployment automation
• Research and recommend innovating technologies, conduct feasibility studies, proof-of-concept evaluations and transform business driven technologies into novel solutions

REQUIREMENTS: -

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ solid experiences in in system design and development
• Strong ability to design and implement pragmatic solutions according to complex business requirements
• Familiar with cloud computing technologies with experience in AWS, OpenStack and/or Windows Azure
• Hands-on experience in PHP, Laravel, Django/Python, J2EE, Spring, RESTful/SOAP web services, JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, Swagger, Git, Docker
• Experience in Salesforce or ServiceNow development is an advantage
• Experience in Microservices design, API Management, OAuth and Single Sign-on solutions is an advantage
• Knowledge in mobile application (iOS, Java, Hybrid) development will be a plus
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology and DevOps automation is an advantage
• Demonstrated leadership capability, ability to motivate and mentor others within work group
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with passion in new technologies and appreciates challenges
• Mature, proactive, committed, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
• Knowledge of the best practices for the full software development life cycle, including software design patterns, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
