Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support on daily operations of network and security;
• Design, configure and maintain network environment;
• Monitor network performance and recommend improvement to supervisor;
• Support IT team members to resolve network related issues;
• Responsible for documenting operations procedures and preparing reports;
• Support and documentation of disaster recovery and business continuity procedures;
• Provide technical support on infra project;
• Vendor management;
• Support and administrate network security systems, Linux, Email and Widows servers.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma Holder with minimum 3 years relevant IT experience;
• Hands-on experience in Cisco routers, Cisco Switches, H3C Switches, Juniper Firewall, Sonicwall Firewall, FortiGate Firewall and WAF;
• Technical, analytical and interpersonal skills are required;
• Good knowledge of Linux, Windows administration and scripts programming is a plus.
