Responsibilities: 

• Provide installation, maintenance, upgrade and relocation services on desktop hardware, software and applications
• Trouble shoot / maintain PCs and Office IT equipments such as Printers and IP Phones
• Setup and configure desktop or networking devices and provide technical support
• Install / upgrade both hardware and software according to users’ requests
• Escalate users inquires to server / network support team if needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or other related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT related industry
• Hands on experience on supporting Microsoft Windows
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh Grad also Welcome, candidates with more experience will be consider as “Deskside Specialist” or ”VIP Support”
