Responsibility

• Develop methodologies and best practices in system solutions
• Projects related to systems provisioning, installations, configurations as well as monitoring and maintenance
• Implements systems improvements and provide resolution of complex issues
• Execute Systems Administration Service Levels, Advise on System Capabilities, Develop New Systems, optimize systems performance and resolve issues
• As a 2^nd line IT support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of work experience in server environments
• Strong knowledge of Storage, Cloud Services, vSphere and AWS
• Experience working in a multi sites organization and part of global team, support complex systems associated with larger organization is desirable and working with third party providers to support and manage parts of the IT infrastructure is essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• VMWare Certified Professional Cloud / Data Center Virtualization or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification would be advantageous.
