Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the planning implementation of various system projects and initiatives.
• Supervise the system trial runs, UAT and manage the execution with planned implementation activities.
• Working in conjunction with stakeholders to conceptualize and propose solution approaches
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis for major and minor projects
• Engage with stakeholders through the project life-cycle with clear & timely communications to ensure that requirements are delivered with common understanding.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business, Operations Research, Logistics, Information Technology, Statistics or related disciplines.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Previous experience in customer service industry is preferred.
• Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese.
• Able to work independently and meet tight schedule.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.]
