Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support services to end users
Daily backup and operation checking on application servers
Maintain and monitor LAN/ WAN/ VPN performance
Prepare IT documentation
Maintain IT Inventory

Requirements:

Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
1-3 year(s)solid experience in technical support
Solid experience in PC installation & troubleshooting
Experience in MS Win7 / Win10 / Win2008 / Win2012 and LAN / WAN infrastructure
Work independently and self-initiative with pleasant working attitude
