Responsibilities:

• Provide daily level 2 technical support in Windows、Linux、Networking & VM platforms including Windows Active Directory, Exchange & VMware Vsphere product suites
• Provide project implementation support to Windows and virtualization infrastructures
• Familiarity with ISO27001 and ITIL Procedures
• Perform server setting enhancement to cope with application change and prepare server related documentation
• Perform problem diagnostic, new software and hardware evaluation
• Participate in the challenging projects of Enterprise system implementation, supporting and new technologies evaluations 

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT related technical support and internetworking works

• Experience in LINUX / Windows / Virtualization / Network / VOIP platform
• Experience in a DevOps culture and automation tools (e.g. Ansible) is a plus
• Able to perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting on major IT and communication hardware and software products
• Possess a strong technical background in system administration and operation skills
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Fluency in spoken Chinese, English & Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred
