Responsibilities

• Perform installation, configuration, performance tuning and troubleshoot of the Company’s infrastructure system;
• Participate database installation and administration;
• Provide helpdesk and onsite support to stores / office according to prescribed service standard.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Hands on in SQL or Exchange Server administration;
• Good analytical mind, work independent, proactive and with strong senses of responsibility.
