You will:

• Communicate and collaborate proactively with clients to analyze information needs and functional requirements
• Identify problem areas of systems and recommend solutions
• Work closely with developers in providing client feedback for existing and new products, implementing new business or enhancing technology of IT systems and solutions
• Resolve application issues and maintain application service level
• Prepare and update system documentation such as requirements specifications, use cases, UI when required  
• Provide support to ad hoc projects / assignments
• Perform User Acceptance Test

You should be:

• Higher diploma or above in Business , Computer Science or related discipline
• Self-motivated, proactive, analytical & problem solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
• Passionate about learning new knowledge
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin is preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
