Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide all-rounded of technical and maintenance support
- IT equipment and hardware / software installation
- Responsible for troubleshooting and problem resolution
- System documentation and filing
- Provide assistance in system development projects
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology related disciplines
- At least 2 - 3 years IT Technical Support experience
- Experience in both hardware and software troubleshooting
- Immediate available is preferred
