Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project management to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget  
• Coordinate both internal resources / stakeholders / vendors for smooth execution of projects
• Develop detail project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to projects include scope, schedule and costs
• Anticipate and resolve complex or difficult risks / issues in a timely and effective manner
• Manage the relationship with various key stakeholders 

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Computer Science, information Technology or Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in ICT / IoT / Telecom solutions projects
• Solid experience in project management, solutions planning or delivery
• Strong technical background and project management skill
• Project management experience of sizable, large scale system implementation projects.
• Excellent client / vendor facing and communication skills
• Certification on Project Management (PRINCE II , PMP, ITIL, etc.) is preferred
• Experience on PMO services will be an advantage
