Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Senior Project Manager
• Monitor deadline of multi-projects
• Review and manage all phases of the project including requirements gathering, development, User Acceptance Test (UAT) and deployment
• Coordinate with external vendors and in-house development team to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects
• Assist with provision of support and QA review process for all projects / enhancements
• Coordinate and perform UAT
• Prepare user manual, support call knowledge-base documents, and related documents
• Draft meeting minutes, progress reports and UAT status reports
• Support to day-to-day activities
• Arrange and coordinate project meetings
• Perform business data analytics through SQL and BI tools
• Regularly update IT team leader and management on project status
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• 1–2 year(s) experience in Project Coordination or Project Management of IT industry is preferable
• Experience in banking & financial sector is preferable
• Familiar with project management
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in Java, .NET, MSSQL, MySQL is an advantage
• A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Immediately available is preferred
