Responsibilities:

• Handle needs assessments and collect user requirements;
• Enhance requirements from end users and convert the requests into a workable solution to present to technology staff;
• Work with IT experts to address networking and hardware needs;
• Estimate budgetary matters;
• Devise and document a general system design based on the clients’ anticipated requirement;
• Review computer programs/systems used by company. Advise stakeholders to have methodology efficient to increase productivity.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent;
• IT knowledge and technical troubleshooting abilities is highly desirable;
• Knowledge of Computing and ICT;
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical problem solving skills, and self-motivated;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Level.
