Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support of BOM
- Verification strategies and quality plans to ensure incoming parts meet specifications
- Prepare, organize, and archive documentation packages for custom infrastructure designs
- Root cause problem solving using structured methods for both normal and urgent requests
Requirements:
- University Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- High Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
- A keen, positive attitude individual as well as effective team player
- Willing to strengthen customer-facing, communication and presentation skills
