Job Duties:

- Perform Windows server and workstation installation, upgrade and configuration

- Perform problem isolation and fixing

- Coordinate with vendor on software and hardware maintenance support and upgrade

- Conduct preventive maintenance, disaster recovery drill, security patches, security

 audit and follow up, and digital certificate renewal

- Provides 24x7 technical support to production system environment according to

 support roster

 Job Requirement:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline;

- At least 4 years of working experience in Windows system administration and

 recovery, Active Directory and DNS administration, troubleshooting of hardware

 and software problem, patch installation, and software upgrade;

- MCSE certification preferred

- Hands-on experience in Network Administration and certified of CCNA preferred

- Hands-on experience in Solaris UNIX Administrative Support would be an

 advantage
