Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and provide assistance for meetings and project co-ordination
- Assist MIS Manager in developing and maintaining project plans
- Co-ordinate team, manage project timelines and project vendors
- Perform documentation of detailed business requirement and functional specifications for developing team or outsourced vendors
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology / Project Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 1 year’ experience in IT project coordination or related roles
- Experienced in hotel systems would be an advantage
- Strong administration and project management skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English & Putonghua
