Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- Provide Travel and Medical claims services in a professional and effective manner
- Resolve all inquiries from both internal and external parties
- Assist in monitoring and improving claims practices and procedures
- Based on claims analytical data advice strategy for complaint handling etc.
Requirements:-
- University graduate
- Preferable to have achieved FLMI /ALHC / ACII / ANZIIF (Sr. Associate) designation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in personal line claims handling
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service mindset
- Well-organized and details oriented
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
