Responsibilities:

• To manage the center branch of district branch and assist the district manager to manage other branches
• To responsible the management of key performance indicators, internal control, intelligent service, the quality of customer service and complaint handling for the center branch
• To plan and execute the marketing and promotion activities of district branches
• To provide the opinions and suggestions of people management of district branches
• To take up the duties of district manager when district manager is absent
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid branch management experience
• Has the experience in leading the district branches or managing a team of sales, marketing strategic planning, the quality of customer service and the management of complaint handling, familiar with the core business and operation of branch is preferred
• Good knowledge and strong sense on compliance and banking regulations
• Qualifications of IIQAS and HKSI
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
