A fantastic opportunity is calling for an energetic, passionate and people-oriented General Manager to join a high-profile western restaurant group in one of its outlets in Hong Kong. 

The right candidate will already possess a solid track record in high end Restaurants plus lounge management. They are looking for someone who is confident and competent with an excellent management style to organize events, monitoring P&L, great leadership skills to recruit & training a passionate team. The successful candidate enjoys client relationship management from a diverse international customer base.

• Minimum of 8 years of restaurant plus lounge / bar experience is key
• Proven track record in wine/dining
• Experience in team recruitment and training
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality / related field preferred
