Responsibilities:

• To assist the MD on a daily basis in carrying out business objectives using effective sales and marketing techniques
• Accompanying the MD in business trips, meetings and making trip arrangements as needed
• Develop creative and cost effective plans to meet client objectives
• Strong business acumen to enable the development of business relationship
• Capable to bring in new clients
• Make sales presentations, prepare proposals in conjunction with other members of the sales and sales support team and follow through to closure of sale
• Monitor the market trend and review the business performance to determine effectiveness

Requirements:

• University graduate in Sales & Marketing, Textile or related disciplines
• Must be strong and familiar with sweater business
• At least 15 years Sweater working experiences in garment industry with at least 8 years of experience in managerial position
• Strong analytical, presentation and negotiation skills
• Aggressive, independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Frequent travel to USA and Europe is required
