Job Responsibilities:

- To monitor the general retail operations and performance of the retail shop to maximize sales,manpower efficiency and customer service standard;

- To supervise the operation team to ensure all processes are smooth and consistent with company's standard;

- To maintain service excellent of front line staff through training, coaching and monitor scheme;

- To formulate and implement operational policies & procedures and business strategies 

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years retail experience with a least 3 years at managerial level

- With solid experience in fashion industry is highly preferable

- Excellent communication, leadership skills with positive and proactive attitude

- Good numerical, analytical and problem solving skills.

- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Retail Operation Manager
