Responsibilities :

• Responsible for leading, directing and supervising a team of engineers on technology development
• To plan and control all R & D activities so as to lead to new or improved products, product testing and development
• To conduct road map presentations to customers
• To develop and evaluate new technology and new product
• To conduct and provide technical advice to customers and related departments

Requirements :

• Degree or above in Science, Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 10 years' working experience in displays manufacturing industry  
• Familiar with ISO 9000 & TS 16949 compliance
• Solid experience in automotive display requirements
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Frequent travel to PRC is required
