Job Responsibilities:

• Source potential items to fit the market and go through the whole RFQ process;
• Validate potential factories to comply with company policy;
• Examine the cost structure of existing items;
• Drive cost-saving program, be a cost challenger;
• Develop new Sourcing channel in Southeast Asian countries;
• Find new product trend and be the first to launch

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above from Business Administration, or equivalent;
• At least 5-7 years Sourcing experience in any Household products;
• Frequently travel China / Overseas;
• Good knowledge in different production processes, and able to handle RFQ independently;
• Well-organized, detailed-minded, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility;
• Proactive, quick response and eager to learn;
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Good command of both written and oral English & Mandarin;
• Good understanding of Social compliance & Quality audit is appreciated;
• Solid experience and knowledge on different USA retailers’ systems would definitely be a plus;
