This role will be in charge of developing test codes and test programs for wafer level and package level SiC MOSFET products and setting up the test floor for SiC MOSFET. He/She shall be writing test code/program & debugging while he/she shall also assist on the datasheet parametric testing.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and lead function for Product Test Engineering
• Develop and assure effective and efficient test solutions adhered to datasheet and product-specific requirements and to address technical and quality problems related to product testing
• Set up and maintain test related documentation, characterization and production test reports
• Support and manage test hardware, spares and resources for electrical characterization and production testing
• Perform statistical analysis and data mining on electrical characterization and production test data
• Lead projects for test yield improvement, cost and cycle time reduction and test process simplification
• Responsible for test equipment validation, capability assessment, test system standardization and optimization for continuous improvement activities
• Maintain test control plan and test procedures to fulfill customer requirements
• Keep track of subcon’s test capability in term of process and test equipment portfolio

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
• At least 8 years experience in semiconductor device testing, test code/program writing & debugging experience
• Experience in high voltage device testing is a plus
• Familiar with test data analysis and problem solving for continual improvement
• Knowledge of semiconductors particularly power devices and their operations
• Good writing and communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
