Assistant Sales Manager

• Drive Business growth by developing NEW Customers and Business Programs
• Establish and reinforce customer relationship by providing proactive and efficient advice and services
• Develop and review sales strategies to meet company business goals
• Achieve assigned sales target and budget
• Co-operate with other departments such as Product Development department, Sample department, Production department and other departments to work out products with reasonable price and high quality.
• Strategically work with vendors to build strong partnerships and strive for supplying best value products to customers and complying to customers' requirements
  
• Identify business opportunities for individual customers by collecting market information and trends, analyzing performance of the markets & recommending needs for new product developments

Senior Sales

• Liaises and communicates with overseas customers, factories and internal depts. from product development to garment delivery
• Markets and promotes products to customers
• Critical path management – manages timeline, identifies potential risk and provides feasible alternatives.
• Identifies business opportunity
• Computes prices and controls cost
• Coaches merchandising team in China

Requirements

• University degree holder, preferably in Business / Marketing / Textiles & Clothing or equivalent (for ASM) or Diploma holder (for Senior Sales)
• Minimum 5-10 years solid sales experience in lingerie and sleepwear
• Good knowledge of garment manufacturing, materials and fabric
• Aggressive, Proactive, Self-Motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Outgoing with Excellent Interpersonal and Problem-solving Skills
• Strong Analyzing Skills
• Dynamic with strong business and fashion sense, good interpersonal and communication skills with overseas customers and factories
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• High proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good knowledge of PC Software Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.,)
• Weekly travel to or stay overnight at Panyu production plant is required
• Occasional travel to Cambodia production plant is required
