Job Description

 The candidates will be responsible for handling customer accounts, job registrations, preparing quotations and answering clients' inquiries. 

 

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Having experience to live or study in western counties will have advantage
  • Minimum 3 years customer service experience
  • Have good people skills and customer services attitude
  • Experience in working in Consumer Testing Laboratories, Logistics, Quality Consulting Firms, Merchandisers, Trading or Manufacturing Companies will have advantages
  • Outgoing, pleasant and responsible
  • Mature, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
  • Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
