To achieve our Company’s business targets, the incumbent shall provide services in fabric sourcing, development and purchasing process to our Sales, Merchandising & Marketing teams and factory’s business units in order to secure orders from external customers. Details as below:

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales & Merchandising teams to understand customer needs, requirements and overall market trends on fabric
• Source and develop fabric including the request of fabric details sheet, manage of lab-dip/strike-off approval, sample order, fabric testing and customer approval
• Manage the procurement process including request for quotations, negotiation support
• Provide assistance to the company factories  when they encounter fabric delivery and quality issues
• Manage good supplier relationships
• Participate in operational improvement projects
• Willing to travel occasionally within Asia

Requirements

• Diploma in Textile & Clothing
• 3-5 years of experience in Fabric Sourcing and Merchandising function in sizable organisation
• Hands on and able to work independently
• Excellent command in English & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
