Job profile: Reporting to the Project Manager and Project Supervisors, you will follow-up all OEM & ODM projects (electronic hard toys and plush toys mainly production in China, Europe and other Countries), coordinate the different stages of the product development (prototypes, molds, production, product and material sourcing). You are expected to make a valuable contribution in cost negotiations, maintain the highest levels of quality standards, and to shorten development lead-times. You will be traveling to China or be stationed there.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma (in Manufacturing, Industrial, Electronic or Mechanical Engineer).
• Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
• Hardworking and willing to work under seasonal pressure.
• Creative, self-motivated, highly innovative and with good co-ordination and communication skills.
• Following project development from conceptual stage to shipment (costing, tooling sample review, mold kick off, production)
• Sound knowledge of mold development (Checking Mold 3D and Mold layout) for China and oversea (Mainly in EUR) production will be an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of consumer/toy IC will be an advantage.
• One year working experience or above.
