Responsibilities:

• Assist in production planning and PO management
• Closely work with factories to ensure on-time delivery and other issues reported
• Identify factories’ potential delay and co-work with related parties to support on-time delivery
• Closely communication with customers for order change requests
• Prepare regular reports and ad hoc reports for management review
• Manage monthly forecast analysis for custom shoes business and prepare recommendation for management’s decision making
• Keep closed communication with overseas customers on orders facilitation, shipment scheduling and problem shooting
• Co-ordinate with factories to ensure a smooth production and on-time delivery, communicate the delay with customers
• Maintain good record of shipping information and production schedules
• Maintain high level of data integrity
• Prepare regular reports for management review
• Support Ad Hoc request from senior management
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager
• Negotiate with factories to meet customer expectation
• Communicate with customers if there is factory delay 

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 3-4 yrs relevant experience
• Willing to learn and take responsibilities
• Good Planning and organization skills
• Independent and detail-minded with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong numerical sense, Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Proactive, solution driven and self-motivated
• Computer literate with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
• Practical experience in SAP is an advantage
• Strong sense of coordination, high customer focus with an ability to drive for results
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
