Responsibilities 

• Plan and manage of different events, seminars, promotions and marketing campaigns
• Develop and implement strategic marketing programs to promote the company and its products to customers
• Work closely with the sales & technical department, vendors and suppliers to plan, execute product marketing programs/ campaigns and conduct post-program evaluations
• Maintain and update the company website, social media and design marketing related materials
• Provide day-to-day marketing administration support for the team
• Contact & follow-up with customers about promotions & generate inquiries
• Respond to clients and prospective clients in an efficient and professional manner
• Establish and maintain current and potential client database
• Provide support for the business development & ad-hoc assignments when required

 Requirements 

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years marketing experience, preferably in IT marketing industry
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Familiar with graphics and web design software such as Fireworks, Dreamweaver is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and to take on additional duties where necessary
• Pleasant, outgoing, self-motivated and independent with strong sense of responsibility
• Customer-oriented, mature and with good experiences in dealing with customers’ request
• Immediate available is preferable 
• More experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
