Job Description

• Assist the team with overseeing the administration and implementation of partner programmes
• Handle applications and reimbursement of Programmes
• Prepare all purchasing requests and expense claims for Programmes expenditure for ensuring compliance with the appropriated guidelines, polices and approved internal controls
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in business administration, or related discipline
• At least 2 years experience in administration field
• Experience in Government / NGO setting would be advantage
• Good communication skills and PC knowledge
• Immediate available is highly preferred
