Job Requirements

• University graduates preferably in Information System and e-Business Marketing / Bachelor of Arts - Media and Communication / Business & Administration or relevant discipline.
• Preferably 1-year experience (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
• MS Office especially Excel + Dreamweaver, Photoshop or AI & Chinese Typing is a must
• Effective written and excellent verbal communication in English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good team player, detailed-minded, well-organized, strong communication skill and service-oriented minds
• Immediate available or short notice is preferable

Job Duties

• Assist in a broad range of research related work, including data collection, data input, database update and analysis
• Attend production meetings, meet the requirements of clients, and do on-site execution of the event date
• Co-ordinate with designers and technicians for the arrangements of the events
• Responsible to provide support services on general administration and other ad hoc tasks
