Requirements

• Degree holder of Business, Marketing or equivalent
• Part-time experience in supporting role is highly preferred
• Ambitious, detail-minded, adaptable and good team player
• Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
• Computer literate in using MS Office including Word, Excel etc
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing events with vendors and internal parties
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and monthly reports
• Support on updating marketing calendar, research and venue booking
• Responsible for events scheduling and ad hoc projects as assigned
