Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Senior Management to lead strategic branding and marketing initiatives for all business portfolios under the designated business unit
• Assist the Marketing Manager to meet the tasked business objectives by monitoring industry trends and business performances; conducting competitor and consumer insight analysis; and determining pricing strategies
• Oversee the productivity of the Marketing Team and ensure projects stay on course and schedule
• Build excellent brand image for the assigned brands with integrated marketing efforts and distinctive communication programs, which include executing through-the-line activities, media planning, local store marketing, joint promotions, public relations and customer service
• Best utilize and establish crucial business networks, media contacts and the appropriate acquaintances to enhance marketing programs and maximize reach in terms of creating industry which in turns drive sales for the assigned portfolios
• Maintain regular liaison with internal departments as well as external partnering companies for administrative  and business connection purpose

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 3-4 related work experience in marketing, PR or Creative agency
• Possess solid public relations / creative agency background is an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with Copywriting skills is a PLUS
• Proficient in MS applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint& Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadline to deliver quality deliverables
• Immediate available is preferred
