RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Drive branding strategy and business development
• To strategize and formulate an effective annual marketing plan, for trade distribution & our retail business of professional skin care brands.
• To maximize the annual marketing budget and control A&P expenditures
• To groom and supervise a marketing team in the execution of the annual marketing activities
• Formulate effective product image building to achieve business goals and maximize business returns 
• To achieve the profit target of assigned brands
• To monitor stock inventory movements and formulate tactical marketing activities, where necessary
• Plan and launch marketing programs and liaise with internal/external partners for program planning, implementation, result monitoring & review for on-going improvements
• To pursue partnerships or JVs with large corporations for greater brand exposure and new revenue generation

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holders in Marketing or related discipline;
• Minimum 3-5 years’ solid working experience in marketing, preferably in skincare field
• Having online marketing experience will be an advantage
• Mature with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Result oriented, proactive, independent and willing to work under pressure
• Proficiency computer skills, e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
