• Draft marketing plan and develop sales strategy for aquatic & agricultural food, frozen bakery, etc
• Offer marketing ideas and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets 
• Explore new business opportunities and pursue new clients
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team
• Explore business opportunities and pursue new clients/suppliers (such as supermarkets, grocery stores, department stores, hotels, corporate offices etc.)
• Create a strong wholesale network of various purchasing and sales channels to achieve aggressive sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and continue to build relationships with new business partners.
• Prepare reports for management review
• Formulate strategies and action plan for each key channel/customers to meet agreed sales and penetration objectives, includes pricing strategies, trading terms and trade spend investment
• Build and maintain key customer relations to achieve and exceed company sales, GP and distribution target
• Develop potential new business to extend company's reach 
  

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required and work experience in F&B industry
• Passionate on food industry and willing to make a different in career
• Attention to detail. Motivation for sale and demonstrate professionalism, market knowledge
• A good team player equip with entrepreneur attitude
• Prefer min. 8 years solid work experience
