Key Responsibilities

• Support Senior Brand Manager, North Asia (Hong Kong, Taiwan & Korea) on Eclipse & Extra North Asia projects, such as New Product Development & Activation, and facilitate communications by working with internal and external parties
• Create and Manage Data Library for North Asia Gum & Mints brands, and ensure reports and analysis can be done on an accurate and timely manner
• Support Hong Kong local Brand Manager on Activation, New Product Launch and Project Administration, and other daily marketing operations / ad hoc duties

Requirements

• University degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or business related discipline
• Possess at least 2-3 years of work experience in marketing or trade marketing and administrative support
• Familiar with Nielsen Advisor is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and to meet multiple tight deadlines under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Ability to work independently as well as to communicate and collaborate with various internal and external parties from different countries
• Action-oriented with good sense of urgency, initiative and responsibility
• Organized and detail-minded
• Proficiency in MS Office eg. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, English and Chinese word processing
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Short notice or immediately available is preferred
