Responsibilities:

-        Responsible for Sales Events (including convention, training, meeting, and incentives trip, etc)

-        Support on preparation of Publications

-        Communication with customers

-        Handle departmental administrative duties

Requirements:

-        Diploma or above with good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin   

-        2-3 years working experiences in event management and coordination

-        Friendly personality, proactive, willing to learn, honest and responsible

-        Hands-on knowledge on MS applications, Chinese Word Processing is a MUST

-        Knowledge in Adobe software and video editing is an advantage
