Job Summary

The incumbent of this position is responsible for manage and assist distributors marketing plan.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• The key contact person in Asia for liaising with distributors marketing team, Regional Marketing and HQ brand team.
• Close communication and alignment with HQ brand team and Regional marketing team and provide guidance to markets
• To develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the company’s marketing and distributors marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions, PR, digital plans and events in order to support the marketing objective for the company and maximize the company’s exposure in responsible markets.
• Work cross-functionally with HQ, internal and partners to develop and execute the strategy plans of marketing campaign and initiatives.
• Manage Distributors marketing budget – ensuring distributors are spending to require amount and maximizing the marketing spend.

Job Specifications

• University graduate or equivalent in a marketing or related major
• 8+ years experiences working in the area of marketing communication and/or social media is required
• Solid understanding of media and social media platform related to fashion lifestyle
• Good Team Player, creative, inspiration and initiative is preferable
• Excellent in spoken and written English is a must
