The Job

• Assist Manager to support daily mobile marketing offer operation and workflows to ensure on time delivery and a smooth marketing operation.
• Handle premium stock management and marketing offer fulfillment including eCoupon creation, loyalty points and rewards redemption.
• Manage and liaise with internal teams, IT counterparts and stakeholders to understand challenge, capture and consolidate business requirements and assist in providing recommendation to ensure smooth marketing operation;
• Handle day-to-day inquiries related to workflow or system bugs, to assist and drive system bugs fix to ensure quality smooth run of marketing programs
• Prepare and manage reports on operation efficiencies and to support competitive / service benchmarking
• Provide general support to the team including administration, invoicing, reports, other administrative duties or tasks as and when required
• Support ad hoc tasks assigned

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive.

The Person

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• 1 to 3 years working experience in marketing operation role preferably in banking or telecom business
• Innovative and be able to work in a highly competitive environment and under pressure
• Self-motivated
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• A good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skill
