Job Description

The Job

  • Assist the Marketing Manager to gather customer feedbacks based on various reports and complaint analysis, analyze it and then design and co-ordinate with relevant business owners and stakeholders (including Sales, IT, brand marketing, Finance and Engineering) to champion change and lead prioritized service or workflow delivery improvements. 
  • Monitor and fine-tune work process and policies in response to changing customer behavior, market conditions and business directions to the benefit of increased marketing efficiency and organizational agility.
  • Coordinate and prepare appropriate frontline messages (e.g. selling script) or customer communications (e.g. SMS / website posts / facebook message / voice prompts) for system/network related issues and other system/network improvement jobs.  To conduct briefing and co-ordinate for the launch.
  • Work with Regulatory, Legal, MarCom and CorpCom in case lobbying works with OFCA, media or external parties are needed for selected complaint cases
  • Assist and drive system bugs fix to ensure quality smooth run of marketing programs and to prepare technology systems change requests and work with IT / BTU on the resource / budget requirements and development timelines. 
  • Prepare and manage reports on operation efficiencies
  • Prepare UAT test cases and perform UAT process to ensure effective delivery of the enhancements onto system production.
  • Work on ad hoc projects as assigned

 

The Person

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 6 years working experience in marketing / marketing operations preferably with experience in telecom / banking products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detailed oriented and be able to work in a highly competitive environment and under pressure
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented; able to work independently
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • A good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skill
