The Job

• Take a leadership role to devise the customers and trade planning delivering business sales target
• Responsible for the brand awareness and sales promotion of 2 Own Brand products
• Accountable for overall customer and trade planning for both general merchandize and e-Business & Service category
• Manage and communicate with advertising and media agencies to develop marketing material for ATL, BTL and digital platforms
• Manage internal stakeholders to gain support for new initiatives and to ensure executional excellence
• Follow through different supplier’s marketing & promotional events and activities, keep track and monitor the sales performance of marketing activities
• Develop and coach the sub-ordinates to build a good performance team

 
 The Person

• University graduate in any discipline, Marketing and Business Administration will be an advantage
• Over 5 years of working experience in FMCG or retail marketing
• Proficient in PC skills especially Microsoft Office
• Fluent in both written English and Cantonese
• Attend to details with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
