Responsibilities 

• To explore, identify and develop new market opportunities in the Mainland China;
• Analyze the market and formulate business development strategy to achieve company objectives;
• Design and implement regional business plan for China market;
• Explore and develop the China and local tourists market;
• Conduct market research to anticipate competition and fashion trends and translate consumers purchasing behavior into new marketing strategy and product branding directions;
• Driving the marketing team in planning, initiating and implementing strategic marketing campaigns and programs for the group;
• Manage and further develop the CRM loyalty program.  

Requirements 

• Degree Holder;
• Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years in managerial position;
• Good project management skills and able to meet deadlines;
• Strong experience of sponsorship and CRM programs;
• Outgoing, self-motivated, detail-minded and good communication skills;
• Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin.

要求

• 本科畢業
• 最少10年工作經驗，其中最少5年擔任管理職務
• 良好管理項目的技巧以及能準時完成任務
• 對贊助及CRM計劃有豐富經驗
• 性格外向、主動、細心及具備良好的溝通技巧
• 操流利粵語及普通話
